“This property was fantastic, excellent location overlooking the sea. Perfect for 4 couples as each bedroom has its own en-suite/bathroom. Welcome basket of bread, jam, tea, coffee, butter and milk was nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you”

“We stayed in The Nook for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if required but there are plenty of pubs/restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking is on street and not directly outside the cottage but can be as little as 50m away depending on how busy it is (we were never more than 200m away from the cottage). The Nook is perfectly situated for exploring Alnwick and the beautiful...

“Everything was perfect. All you could possibly need was supplied, right down to eggs and milk. Even a heavenly sponge cake as a welcome gift. ”

“Cozy but could do with some attention to details. If asking people to strip beds ensure mattress protectors are clean. It was a bit difficult to access the key box in the dark but overall a good experience”

“Lovely room location great. The only complaint is the housekeeping as coffee wasn’t replenished at all and the water on one day. Bed wasn’t made at all. The Joiners Arms was nice breakfast on the last day was a bit short staffed as was busy and only one person serving and items needed replenishing mainly bread.”
