“The property was lovely with views over the countryside. Room was clean and quiet.The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Was looked after very well by the host. The reason people stay there is to visit the magnificent Bamburgh Castle overlooking the North Sea. Altogether well worth a stay”

“This was the second time I have stayed here. Always a great Northumberland welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it is a very delightful property to visit. Definitely out of the ordinary. Breakfast is second to none using good quality ingredients - none of you rubbish cheap sausages and bacon - this is good stuff. Homemade preserves too and]] very tasteful bread. Highly recommended.”

“The Dock was fabulous and exactly what I was hoping to achieve for a 1 night stay between my work days. I was gutted as I’d heard so much about the breakfast but I ended up being in such a rush so didn’t have time to have a full English but the lush lady behind the kitchen counter asked me if I wanted a sandwich making to take away. She made me a huge and the best tasting bacon sarnie with a latte to take away (proper fresh brewed coffee) she saved my bacon literally haha. As I didn’t eat again...
