“We had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Bryant-Benton. We were there with my elderly mother and had two rooms on the third floor. The rooms were so spacious! Even the bathrooms were huge. It made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. One morning they ran out of coffee, but as soon as I mentioned it new coffee was quickly made. “The gym was hot as if the air conditioner wasn’t working. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken leaving one machine for 4 floors, the tv in the room wasn’t working and the room sink water did not get hot. The room was clean.”

“We have always stayed here when traveling to Texas. The rooms are large, clean with amenities such as iron and ironing board, coffee pot, frig and microwave. Checking in was quick and staff very friendly. Property is clean and maintained. Very quiet right off the interstate. Would recommend highly for the price.”

“I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”

“Clean and good location with plenty of parking. My check in experience was excellent. At the time of checkout, I asked why $100 was charged to my card, when there was $50 fee for my dog. I was told the dog fee was $75 and not $50. No explanation was given for the $100 charge. I didn’t push it because others needed assistance, but I’m still confused.”

“Overall you get what you expect from a cheap hotel at $60. However, you get a full kitchen with your room. Most seemed renovated in my room, but the bathroom was not and a bit disappointing. Regardless this is a good cheap long stay room close to most major hospitals in Little Rock ”
