“The hotel was hard to find. I appreciate communities that restrict large signs but there needs to be some signage on Colonade to guide travelers to the various hotels in that area. Jesse was especially helpful.”

“Our room was not ready after the check in time, the staff was not accommodating, and our air did not work. The staff's resolution to no air was to give us a box fan that did not work on high. The rooms leaked because of the rain. It was a terrible experience.”

“It was decent. The check in/out signs did not match what was indicated by the hotel host. Pool closed early. Drawers in the kitchen were broken. It was decently clean and everyone was helpful. It served the purpose and we were fine with it for a quick stop but is not what you want if you're looking for a nicer hotel.”

“This hotel was really nice on the inside but mildly felt unsafe on the outside. We had no issues or anything but it just didnt feel like it was in the best part of town. Overall good price and close enough to downtown that it worked well. The rooms were really nice.”

It was so soft it was like a gummy worm meets marshmallow - with dips in the middle and it seemingly tilted backwards. My boyfriend and I were in misery throughout the night.
