“Couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. I had initially booked via Expedia for two nights for a high school class reunion. Something glitched out and the reservation made for a a week early. The hotel would not accept a cancellation from Expedia staff and I had to pay for two nights I didn't use. When I called to talk to management, they never answered the phone. We won't be using this place for the next reunion, and I cancelled my room there for the event and moved next door.”

“Nothing unique about the property or anything that sets it apart from other nearby hotels. They charge for parking so surprise on that.”

“Do not recommend property. Was not able to speak with supervisor/manager Friday, Sat, or Sunday. Staff is friendly but not knowledgeable nor has means of completing resolution to issues. *does not offer Smart TV/ Streaming services as advertised. Very disappointed.”

“This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it.”
