“The gym was available to use but for some reason there was no AC and only heat was on. The front desk said the AC is not working so I had to drive out to a local gym and pay daily to use it when I selected that property to use the gym. The room was missing 2 pillowcases for the sofa bed and missing a towel (3 people in the room). The ice machine was completely missing where it’s supposed to be. “At about 8:30 pm a nearby transformer exploded. We were with no electricity until 8:30 am the next morning. Not their fault, but we tried to sleep with no air conditioning, and the room temperature climbed all night. The night staff didn't have any more info than anybody else, about repairs or anything else. It was a miserable night. Would I stay there again? Probably, considering the nature of the incident, but it hurt to look across the street where things were fine while we cooked for 12...

“Room was updated, that you would think you’re on a higher tier hotel but, the room was not clean at all: the bathtub had the water line marked around and at the bottom. The bathroom door had hand marks; the toilet floor were so dusty. The sink: there was a toothpick by the sink’s mirror, the faucet had water marks like when you don’t wipe them forever. I had to wipe the desk to use it and decided not to use the chair as it had dust build up. Because of all that we used socks while in there, and...

“We went with a large group(4 rooms) but our room looked clean but shower wall had a lot of the previous guest hair. Toilet wouldn’t fill back up we had to do it manually. The staff was very nice and moved us. One other room had the same issue they moved them as well. Staff was very friendly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Will stay again decent price we stood four nights.”

“It was nice and quiet. It just seems that all the repairs done in that room were visible all the patches in the restroom. The door had a horrible drag. The toilet was crooked, was off to the left. The beds were great and so was tha A/C. I loved the chairs and table that were provided they were comfortable. The lamps were old but worked.”
