“This is the first time I am staying around Blue mountains. Brought my parents to Australia first time in 15 years. Room was spacious, accomodative clean. Loved the ambiance. Overall nice and comfortable stay. Not expensive as well. ”

“My issue with the room I booked was promptly resolved and I was kindly given a wonderful room in my stay. The room was outstanding and I really appreciate how even though I arrived outside reception hours, I was greeted by a staff member within 5 min and my problem was resolved with no questions asked. “This was a great location for our touring family. They were very helpful when we called to request a main floor room because of mobility issues. We arrived late and checked out relatively early so didn't get a chance to interact with front desk very much. We did not expect daily housekeeping so left some dirty dishes to address after our day out but when we got back, the dishes had been washed, dried and put away to our surprise!
