“Hotel makes a nice first impression upon entrance, but it and the rooms needs air freshener. The breakfast is st best mediocre. It has just enough variety to enable the hotel to trithfully advertise a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but rust stains around the tub were unsightly. For the money though it is a good value. ”

“Nice price and location in Alvin TX on the bypass. AC didn't do much for the Gulf Coast humidity, which wasn't that high on that date. I looked at the Continental breakfast and went to Whataburger instead.”

“The room had roaches crawling all over. The trash can outside by the dog relief station was frequently full not emptied. Baggies not available for dog poop pickup in the relief area. ”

“Clean sheets and hot water. Room cooled off relatively quickly. Hlaf wr took a coffee maker. Did not have one in room. Nice and quiet.”

“Parking was easy, ee needed handicap and was able to get a spot near the front door. As soon as you enter the building, the smell hits you. It was marijuana/wet dog/old musty smell. The elevator was missing actual pieces on the inside. Our floor (3rd) smelled worse than the first! The room was hot since the a/c wasn't on. The a/c did work and was able to keep the room cool. Themattresses were awful. We could feel the springs in them. The bathroom vanity had part of the countertop...
