“Our fire alarm was going off in our room from midnight to 3 AM. The front desk guy came in and replaced the batteries, but it didn't help. My husband stayed up until 3am hitting the "reset" button because the front desk said there's nothing more they could do and maintenance wouldn't be in until 9am. We were going to ask to change rooms, but they stopped answering at the front desk; we tried calling 5 more times with no answer. We finally just unplugged it from the wall, which of course put...

“Pues no limpiaron las 2 habitaciónes en las que estuvimos, solo nos cambiaron las toallas . El piso de el baño de una de las habitaciones estaba muy resbaloso, se sentía como si tuviera jabón. Lo limpiamos con papel nosotros mismos.”

“Nice hotel. There is some road construction presently but easy to work around. Staff is very nice and responsive. Rooms were good and AC units were new and therefore quiet. Breakfast was a bit limited in selection compared to other nearby hotels. Also carpeting in the hallway on the 4th floor at least has a lot of stains in it. The team really needs to replace. Looks like u are dodging where someone got sick. That's not a big deal and in general slept well there.”
