AMALFI " Casa Mondrian" Sea view

Casa Mondrian è composto da un'ampia camera da letto matrimoniale dalla quale si accede ad una graziosa veranda dopo poter ammirare il mare in poltrona o intrattenersi allo scrittoio. All'ingresso si trova una raffinata cucina abitabile e ben attrezzata ed un bagno con la doccia. Fa parte dell'uso privato un giardino attrezzato vista mare esterno accessibile attraverso una scala di 70 gradini.

Mondrian, è uno dei 4 appartamenti indipendenti che si trovano nello storico palazzo arroccato sul mare, inserito nella lista dei beni tutelati dall'Unesco e vanta anche un prezioso villino, con volte affrescate,
Le soluzioni sono diverse tra loro, per tipologia e per numero di posti letto, tutti molto curati nei dettagli e con un panorama a 5 stelle.
Il portone del palazzo è direttamente sulla strada e da lì, si accede agli appartamenti comodamente con l'ascensore, oppure, attraverso le scale in marmo.


HOUSE RULES
- Apartment not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is suitable for babies up to 8 months.
- Price including: Linen and towels,mid week cleaning (it includes cleaning of bathrooms and the change of linen and towel); only for weekly rentals. Any extra change of linen and towel ha an extra cost of € 18,00 per person.
- Not included: *City tax *Electricity/air conditioning included up 160kwh extra consumption 0,40 per kwh.
- There would be a penalty of an extra € 50,00 if the house will be too dirty and untidy and if the garbage will be in the apartment
- *Heating 140,00 per week
- Extra cleaning on request: € 20,00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.

- Check in is from 16.00 to 21.30. For arrivals after 21:30 until 00:30 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; After 23.30 the extra fee is of EUR 100 and the time is to be confimed in agreement with us. SUNDAY and HOLYDAY CHECK IN: there is a surcharge of EUR 50 to be paid upon arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

WE NEED TO KNOW
- The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
- If you need a park slot or a transfer. The property has not parking but we can help to reserve a parking space at an extra charge. It needs to be booked in advance.
- On your arrival will be required to sign a contract and we need the copy of all the passports.
- The departure time, 1 or 2 days before the check out. At the departure the apt has be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from rubbish. Eventually, these conditions are not respected will be deducted from the deposit an amount corresponding to the hours of cleaning necessary to bring the property clean.

The apartment is equipped with:
- Air conditioning in the rooms,
- wi~fi, covered in all the building,
- fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, cutlery, accessories and washing machine),

- ALWAYS SWITCH OFF LIGHTS AND ELECTRICAL OR GAS APPLIANCES WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN USE AND WHEN YOU GO OUT
