“L'albergo era molto bello ed il personale disponibile, ma quando sono arrivato alle 11 di sera dopo un viaggio di 17 ore la mia prenotazione non risultava nonostante la avessi fatta oltre un mese prima. Ho dovuto attendere circa un quarto d'ora prima che l'addetto alla reception contattasse la vostra azienda con il numero dell'itinerario che gli ho fornito.”

“Staff was great. And the long-term parking with the free airport shuttle was so convenient! But the absolute stand out feature was the included breakfast … it was AMAZING!! Will definitely recommend to anyone travelling through Edmonton ”

“room was clean, beds were very comfortable but the room does require some new flooring. Front desk staff were to the point and give you the room key. no smile or welcome when you get in, none when we left either. would be nice to see a smiling and warm welcome after a long flight. however, no rudeness either.”

“Cheap conveniently located close to the airport. Basic continental breakfast but the beds were ok and check in was smooth and they were friendly. The condition of the hotel is newer and maybe renovated recently hard to tell if it’s a new hotel or renovated but it was very nice for the price I paid ”
