“Tutto perfetto”

“La chambre était grande et le personnel très serviable. Par contre les murs de la salle de bain étaient sales, nous avons du demander une serviette car ils n' en ont pas mis une par personne, il ya des travaux mitoyens a l'établissement, les chiens aboient au milieu de la nuit et on entend vraiment trop les avions. Aussi, info très importante, ils n'acceptent pas les cartes de paiement internationales, une galere quand tu arrives au check out...”

“Had a good stay overall. Staff was very responsive and helpful throughout. He accommodated my request to change the room based on availability, which I really appreciated. The stay matched the description perfectly.”

“Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Fresh and delicious food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Checkin checkout was smooth. We had a comfortable stay. There was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But from hotel to airport the reception staff arranged a cab.”

“Customer service is very poor. A lot of lack of communication and lack of understanding. The food was poorly made and the staff take ages for room service. Air conditioning was working but wasn’t cooling. Room wasn’t clean and didn’t look like the photos.”

“Hotel shown on website is totally different with actual. Hotel shown as Vivanta but actually it’s Apple wood. Smelly rooms, unhygienic beds and bathrooms, totally horrible experience.”

“I was assured ahead of time I had a prepaid reservation but when I got there they said it didn't exist. It was 2 am and it was hard to go through my emails to find it. I wound up paying again and they Charged me 40% more. Can't recommend this place.”
