“Fantastic”

“Our stay at La Siesta Lakeside Hanoi was perfection. The location right by Hoan Kiem Lake is ideal, the room was amazing, and the food was great. We stayed during Halloween and loved their attention to detail—the staff dressed up, served a special spooky menu, and offered complimentary face painting. Above all, the staff are hands down the kindest and most attentive we have ever encountered anywhere.”

“We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again.”

“Pool was lame Hotel was ok not a 5 stars View on roof top was awesome view”

“The place is not well maintained. We had problems with the shower draining. The staff said they would fix it but they would just pull the hair out for a one time shower fix and back to not draining. “Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

“Stayed here for several nights, the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were all very helpful and amazing each day. My partner was sick a couple of days on the trip and the staff were very helpful with getting him medicine and teas and room service to help us. They also helped us planned day excursions. Very likely to stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi! Location is great for exploring, just outside the busiest streets that the nights are quiet but you can walk a...
