“This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience.”

“We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. The water was wonderfully hot for showers,...

“Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.”

“Let’s start with the positive: Staff is friendly and accommodating, and there is at least one receptionists with good English skills. Breakfast is various but average, nothing exceptional. Negative: The structure is quite old and would benefit a deep renovation inside. The room was quite noisy from the traffic outside and the pillow too thick without other options.”

“I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night. I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside. Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep. Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away. I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!”
