“The room was extremely clean, nothing out of place. The staff was delightful! Very helpful when I was trying to figure out how to find laundry detergent at the front desk shop. The breakfast spread is very tasty as well, the kids loved the make your own waffles station. There was a nice spread of fruits, cereal, sausage, eggs, homestykle bkfst potatos, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juice. “This is a great place to stay off the beaten path enough to avoid the noise from the Main strip. Small yet comfortable and everything you would need with nice outside sitting area on either level. I will be staying here again for sure! Thanks Blue Jay!”

“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. “Apon arrival we were told we had no reservation. After a long wait and presenting my confirmation my stay was found. I must say that the place had a rate of 8. That truly was very surprising to me. The entrance was horribly dusty amd dirty. There was a smell coming from the second floor while checking in. It was so unpleasant.The second floor appliances were so dirty. Room looked ok.
