“The room was extremely clean, nothing out of place. The staff was delightful! Very helpful when I was trying to figure out how to find laundry detergent at the front desk shop. The breakfast spread is very tasty as well, the kids loved the make your own waffles station. “This is a great place to stay off the beaten path enough to avoid the noise from the Main strip. Small yet comfortable and everything you would need with nice outside sitting area on either level. I will be staying here again for sure! Thanks Blue Jay!”

“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. “Apon arrival we were told we had no reservation. After a long wait and presenting my confirmation my stay was found. I must say that the place had a rate of 8. That truly was very surprising to me. “First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). “La jeune fille à l’accueil était très gentille. Par contre l’état des lieux était épouvantable! Nous sommes partis une journée avant, car incapable de dormir! Zéro insonorisation, la chambre puait, l’air climatisé dégageait une odeur bizarre. La chambre était propre, mais désuet.
