“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. “Apon arrival we were told we had no reservation. After a long wait and presenting my confirmation my stay was found. I must say that the place had a rate of 8. That truly was very surprising to me.
