Incantevole, appartamento recentemente ristrutturato in villa del 19 ° secolo in una delle cinque più belle strade di Amsterdam.
Ottima vista canale, tranquillo e silenzioso ... eppure a pochi passi di ristoranti, bar, market, angoli di caffè, negozi, lo zoo e musei.

La posizione è molto particolare; Secondo '' non scoperto di Amsterdam "è uno dei cinque più belle strade.
Situato nella parte orientale del centro di Amsterdam; 10 minuti in bicicletta o in tram da Piazza Dam. bicicletta da corsa proprio dietro l'angolo. Parcheggio auto nelle vicinanze. Tram dietro l'angolo. Molto vicino al centro, ma ancora la vera Amsterdam ...
Molto adatto per un soggiorno più lungo o una striscia con la famiglia o con gli amici.

L'appartamento si trova al piano superiore della villa (2 su per le scale) e ha una vista davvero magnifica sul canale.
Si compone di due sale che possono essere pagate individualmente o insieme.
Entrambe le camere sono arredate con gusto e dispongono di due letti di lusso separati; ogni camera con un bagno e toilette.
L'appartamento possiede una cucina completamente attrezzata (piano cottura, forno, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, lavatrice).

A clean and comfortable apartment in a peaceful and safe location, with good transport connections to the city centre. Supermarket, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants within the immediate neighbourhood.The front bedroom overlooks a canal, the rear bedroom looks into a private garden space. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a small but adequate kitchen is located between the bedrooms.A great place to return to at the end of a busy day, away from the intense tourism of the city centre.The hosts, Wessel And Helena were very helpful and easy to contact

Eine perfekte Wohnung für einen Mädels-Ausflug! CheckIn hat super geklappt! Wessel war so lieb und hat uns sogar alle Koffer über die steile Treppe zur Wohnung raufgetragen (2. Stock). In der nahen Umgebung sind Restaurants, Kneipen, Cafés und Lebensmittelläden sowie Tram-Haltestellen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt - vielen Dank!

What an amazing stay we had in Amsterdam. The apartment was incredibly convenient to the tram stop, to restaurants and cafes, to an incredible gym and to the wonderful Oosterpark. We got used to the twisty steep stairs in no time. Once inside, the apartment had everything we needed for our 8-day stay. We enjoyed a couple of evenings in over dinner. Thanks Wessel for your awesome hospitality!!

Lovely stay in Amsterdam

Apartment with two large en suite bedrooms, and a small, well equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer! Beware the very steep, long stairs (typical of Amsterdam) – Wessel's son was kind enough to help us get our luggage up them. Host was super friendly and accommodating, great communication and suggestions. Convenient, safe location with easy access to trams, and lots of places for food and shopping nearby. Definitely recommend!

Great location! Quiet and very comfortable apartment. The host was super helpful and friendly. Note that street parking is not an option as it is very expensive. But there is a nice garage close by for a little over 20 a day that is safe and secure.

Great Place to Explore Amsterdam

Cute and comfortable home base for exploring Amsterdam. Everything we needed was close by: market, train stop, nice restaurants. The apartment was really well located. We were able to take the train into all parts of the city and then easily return for the evening in a quiet and picturesque part of town. The apartment has nice windows for both bedrooms, with one overlooking the canal. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had a washer/dryer, which was helpful. There is a small couch and dining table, but they are located in the front bedroom, which still worked for us. The stairs to the apartment are very steep (as seems to be the case in these Amsterdam buildings) but Wessel sent his lovely son and daughter to help us with our luggage up and down the stairs. Wessel was super responsive to all my questions and took great care of us. I would stay here again!!!

Perfect for our Needs

Property is a typical Amsterdam townhouse with narrow steep steps. However, once you are settled in your space it is a wonderful apartment. The owner's daughter received us and even helped with carrying our luggage up the steps. We all observed how easy it was for her and we were impressed! The apartment is lovely and the owners' stocked the kitchen with eggs and other items including Heinekens. The location is close to public transportation and many restaurants. We loved our stay in this property and the steps were not a problem for us but should be kept in mind if you have oversized luggage or mobility issues.

Geheimtipp - Super Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend!

Wir waren vier Tage in Amsterdam und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wessel und Hélenè sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank standen bereits Getränke, Eier und weitere Kleinigkeiten für uns bereit – sogar Kaffeepulver war vorhanden, ebenso wie alle notwendigen Geräte wie Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.Die Gegend, direkt an einem Kanal gelegen, ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön. Wir hatten Fahrräder gemietet und waren damit in etwa 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Amsterdam.Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Wessel und Hélenè – es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!Liebe Grüße,Thomas und Familie

Great place

Our host met us and gave us a tour. He was very accommodating and helpful. Carried our luggage up the stairs. Place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The windows covered one wall and had a great view. The kitchen even had a few things stocked for us. Overall, they were very thoughtful and made our stay nice. The two separate bedrooms, with each their own bathroom, made it very pleasant. One thing to note is that there is no elevator and it is two steep flights of stairs up so if you have mobility issues, this would be Difficult however we were fine.

Perfect spot for our vacation

The apartment is wonderful! So nice to have a 2bed/2bath with a well stocked kitchen on a quiet, lovely canal street. There were some eggs, butter, soda & beer in the little fridge along with some condiments which was so kind of Wessel. Also, coffee, tea & some spices were also provided. There was even laundry soap for the washer! It would've been nice to have some paper towels though. There are restaurants & shops so close to the apartment, within a 2-4 minute walk. We did walk to a couple of museums & dam sqaure, it was between 2-3 miles, but taking the tram was easy enough as well & close by. The only thing I would suggest is to place a curtain on the window above the door to the front bedroom (canal side). There were a couple nights when someone left the staircase light on overnight & it shines right through the window by the apartment entry door & right into the front bedroom window above that door. I would definitely stay at Wessel & Helene's apartment again!!

Perfect place for exploring Amsterdam

We loved our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The location was great as we could walk into centre to enjoy seeing the sights, yet return in evening to a beautifully quiet location. We enjoyed drinking tea in the mornings while enjoying the locals stroll along the canal. The hosts were helpful, friendly and excellent communicators.

We had a great time in Amsterdam. Wessels place is a nice spot for families, outside of the main hustle and bustle but easy enough to get in via tram - especially the zoo.We got a great view of fireworks over the canal from the top floor windows.

Fabulous Amsterdam

Wonderful hosts. Helped find a Dr. when we showed up sick and it turned out to be a very quick and easy Dr. office to go to. Helped with bags and left lots of necessities in the fridge. got back to us really quickly with any questions. Lovely view of the canal. I always wanted to stay on a canal. Grocery stores and tram lines are close. Lovely and interesting city.
