Appartamento privato in buona posizione

SISTEMAZIONE:
Tranquillo e molto privato, questo appartamento di 3 locali (55m² / 600ft²) offre una splendida vista su tutta un parco e il fiume Amstel. In una popolare e una delle migliori zone della città e vicino una strada commerciale. Vicino al centro storico e ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e sempre posti auto di fronte all'appartamento (parcheggio a pagamento).

L'appartamento è completamente attrezzata con:
1. Soggiorno / sala da pranzo, TV a schermo piatto (TV satellitare) con lettore DVD, connessione WiFi gratuita, divano e sedie confortevoli
2. Camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale (King) dimensioni (2x 36x78 pollici / 2x90x200 cm) e armadi.
3. Seconda camera da letto con letto (1x 31x78 pollici / 1 x 80x200 cm).
4. Cucina con tostapane / forno / grill / microonde, più lavatrice / asciugatrice.
5. Un marmo piastrellato bagno con doccia.

L'appartamento è al primo piano (definizione europea) / 2 ° piano (definizione americana) non ha ascensore, è molto privato, abbellito dal sole, ed è molto leggero. Completare con riscaldamento centralizzato rendendo l'appartamento molto confortevole.

L'affitto include la pulizia, biancheria fresca e asciugamani. Mi dispiace, ma non ci affitta a famiglie con bambini sotto i 10 anni o per 'gente di partito.

POSIZIONE:
A sud del centro in una delle migliori zone della città. La zona offre molti edifici tradizionali di Amsterdam, che sono state costruite nel 1930. Vicino al centro della città e vicino a una strada commerciale con supermercati aperto tutti i giorni fino alle 10 PM. Anche vicino al centro espositivo RAI. Sempre parcheggi davanti l'appartamento (parcheggio a pagamento 17 euro / giorno, domenica è gratuito).

Nessun vicini dall'altra parte della strada e una bella vista aperta alberato parco che si trova oltre i confini del fiume Amstel. A pochi minuti a piedi da casa si porta in una strada commerciale, dove potrete trovare negozi e ristoranti di alimentari per la prima colazione, il pranzo e take-away. I negozi di alimentari e supermercati sono aperti 7 giorni alla settimana fino a 10:00.

TRASPORTI:
Vicino ai trasporti pubblici:
- Tram 4 vi porta in 4 minuti per il più grande mercato a cielo aperto (Albert Cuyp) e al centro in 10 minuti
- Tram 12 vi porta in 10 minuti per la zona dei musei
- Dalla vicina stazione ferroviaria RAI in 11 minuti per l'aeroporto.
Si può anche camminare abbastanza facile da casa al centro e sentire l'atmosfera di questa zona unica dove i turisti provenienti da tutto il mondo, sono incantati dalla architettura (Scuola di Amsterdam).

Le biciclette sono fornite gratuitamente! Forniamo anche voi con tutte le informazioni turistiche per visite turistiche, i migliori ristoranti locali, modo migliore per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici e altri segreti da esplorare.

The neighborhood was away from the central area so it was quieter and had access to everything needed. The best part was the gracious kindness and assistance from the hosts when we had lost a wallet and needed to put a hold on credit and bank cards. Hans went above and beyond to help in every possible way. He was also very responsive to assisting with technically challenging appliances and in helping us navigate the transportation. I highly recommend this property and its hosts.

Nice Stay in quiet neighborhood

We liked the apartment that was situated in a nice quiet neighborhood, but found it a little far and complicated to get into the city. It also would have been nice if soap/shampoo were provided. Also, the bedrooms were really hot and fans should have been provided as well.

Nice Flat

The flat is in an apartment block facing a busy road in the south of the city. It is conveniently located with easy access to all attractions. It has all the basic essentials you would need for a comfortable stay but there is noise from neighbours and constant traffic. The owners live in another flat in the same house; they are very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Super Appartement in guter Lage!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement, es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, & die Lage ist auch top! In wenigen Gehminuten ist man bei Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants & der Straßenbahn. Auch Bus & Metro stehen als Alternativen fußläufig zur Verfügung. Dank den Fahrrädern, die im Angebot enthalten sind, kann man aber auch einfach losradeln & ist schnell überall :) Kann das Appartement samt seines Vermieters absolut weiterempfehlen & werde es bestimmt selbst auch wieder buchen.

Zu laut, zu kleines Bad, zu teuer

Das Objekt liegt im 1. Stock n der Nähe einer vielbefahrenenen Strasse. Es ist aufgrund des Verkehrs zu laut, zumindest bei offenem Fenster. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es im Sommer zu warm. Das Bad ist zu klein und entspricht nicht dem gewohnten Standard, wenn WC, Wachbecken und Dusche in Armlänge voneinander entfernt liegen, ohne Fenster. Beim Duschen stösst man praktisch am Waschbecken an. Dafür ist die Wohnung zu teuer.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The owner, Hans, met us at the apartment and provided us with detailed information on the apartment, the local area and also provided a detailed map and instruction on how to travel to popular tourist spots. The apartment is a short walk to the nearest Metro station and Tram stop and is a convenient place to stay for the city centre. Travel by Public transport is made easier as Hans provides pre-paid OV Chip Cards (similar to London Oyster Cards) for travel by Metro, Tram and Bus. At the end of your stay simply calculate how much you have spent and give Hans the money. The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay including kitchen appliances, oven, washer, shower room, satellite TV etc. An excellent apartment and would be happy to stay again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Hans apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and friends. Located in a residential area, everything was at our finger tips. Grocery, post office, banks and parks. Hans is very prompt in communication, making sure your vacation enjoyable. Public transportation are only steps away.

Great base for two week vacation, best customer service.

We are a family of three and spent two weeks at Hans’ Amsterdam apartment. The communication was excellent and he was incredibly detailed oriented. Hans met us immediately when we were dropped off by taxi and showed us around and gave us the most in-depth recommendations and instructions that we have ever had in the 15 years we have been doing VRBO. He also had fresh flowers in the living area, apple pie in the kitchen, and delivered strawberries mid stay with new linens. It was a very nice touch. One of the nicest things was that he had three transportation cards waiting for us with money already loaded on them. We just had to leave them at the end of our stay with a similar amount left on them. Pay it forward, so to speak. These cards were so convenient for the trams, metro, and trains. The stops/stations were a 10 - 15 minute walk along the river and took you to the center of Amsterdam or anywhere you needed to go. The apartment worked well for us but it may not be good for those who have mobility issues. It has one typical steep Dutch staircase to enter. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe with a drugstore, restaurants, and grocery nearby. Thank you, Hans, for making our vacation to Amsterdam and the Netherlands easy and stress-free!

Great Host - Beautiful Location

My sister, brother in law and I completed a biking tour around Amsterdam for a week. After completing the tour, we stayed at Hans’ very comfortable apartment. It is located in a beautiful area away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam and overlooks a peaceful beautiful park. It’s a lovely 10 minute walk to the metro. Hans met us at check in and gave us a thorough overview of the area, complete with annotated maps and lists of places we might want to check out. He also provided us with transportation cards that we simply reimbursed him for what we used. That was really nice; we didn’t have to figure out how/where to buy cards and how much we would need during our stay. We had dinner at one of the restaurants Hans recommended along the river. Peaceful setting, delicious meal and very accommodating wait staff. It was in an old house that had been part of the gas or power company. Lovely! The apartment is cozy and was perfect for our party of 3. It was really nice to have the kitchen so we could eat some meals at the apartment (mostly breakfast, but also evening dinner and snacks). We also enjoyed being able to wash a few garments after being on the bikes for a week! Thank you Hans for a wonderful stay!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui est bien agencé, très propre et bien équipé. Si vous arrivé en voiture, la A2 vous emmène quasiment à l’appartement. Vous trouverez un parking en bas de l’immeuble. Ensuite vous avez le tram à 15min à pied qui vous emmène au centre ville. Hans et un hôte agréable, qui vous donne plein de conseils pour votre visite d’Amsterdam.

Wonderful apartment and host

I stayed here for a long weekend with a friend to celebrate a significant birthday, As a base to visit the cultural sights of Amsterdam, and be away from the hustle and bustle this apartment cannot be faulted. Right from the very first enquiry Hans was an excellent host. Emails were answered promptly, additional advice given and precise instructions to find the property. A welcome of a traditional cake was welcomed, as was the wealth of helpful information and assistance with travel and sightseeing. It was an added bonus to be able to leave our luggage on the last day, until we needed to leave for our evening flight. In a lovely area, with great eating places and supermarkets to stock up. The apartment is very well furnished and extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return again at some point.

Haben uns wohlgefühlt

Nette, Ikea typisch eingerichtete Wohnung mit zu weicher Matraze im Einzelzimmer und zu fluffigem Sofa. Kleines Manko auch das Bad für 3 Personen, die großen Zimmerpflanzen nehmen auch zuviel Platz weg. Insgesamt jedoch sehr nett, Vermieter Hans haben wir bei Ankunft getroffen, er hat uns begrüßt und uns über Wissenswertes informiert + ÖPNV Guthaben-Karten ausgeliehen. Anleitungen für Waschmaschine und Herd sind auch vorhanden, es empfiehlt sich auch diese bei Bedarf durch zulesen. Ansprechend gemütliches Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr nett und funktional eingerichtet. Bei Anreise überreichte uns der Vermieter ausführliche Reisetips für Amsterdam, Tickets für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr wurden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zentrum von Amsterdam ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, bei Bedarf auch schneller mit der Tram. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Amsterdam liegt hinter uns!
