“The Ocean Villas resort is a great private resort right on the sea front. It is quite a distance from the heart of Da Nang but not that long (or expensive) in a taxi. It was also not that far from Hoi An. Jenny, our butler, was absolutely fantastic. The in villa chef cooked breakfast was amazing both times we had this and when we needed anything from Jenny she was on hand to assist. Including arranging a driver for us to do the touristy stuff, who stayed with us all day. The only negatives...

“教育が行き届いており、とにかく接客が素晴らしかったです。 支配人さんも、お客さま全員に満遍なく何度も声をかけていて、いろいろと相談しやすい雰囲気でした。我が家もバナヒルズへの行き方など相談させていただき、Klookよりもお安くプライベートカーを手配していただき大変助かりました。 グラブカーを呼んだ時も、車がきたら呼んでくれるのでロビーで座って待たせてくれます。 お部屋も施設も全て清掃が行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごせます。また、洗濯もお願いすると、洗濯から乾燥までして畳んでおいてくれます。そのため、時間を気にすることなく洗濯できありがたかったです。 アオザイのレンタルも無料ででき、施設内でステキな写真が撮れます。着たまま外出してもいいので、ホイアンなどへ行く方におすすめです。 日本語が話せる方も何人かいらっしゃるので、ベトナムが初めてで不安な方にはとてもおすすめなホテルです。 お風呂は少し熱かったですが、海外で湯船があるのは疲れがとれありがたいです。 周りに何もないのが残念ですが、ゆったりとできる素晴らしいホテルでした。 ”
