“The parking cost another $40 instead of being included in the room rate. We asked for pillows and blankets for the fold out bed and the front desk person had to go searching for it. There was no ready supply. One of the toilets was plugged in the morning and my wife asked for a plunger and after searching all the rooms, the front desk person gave us the key to the neighboring room. It did solve the problem. We won't be back”

“This place was wonderful! The breakfast was varied, good, and you can take it to this beautiful setting on an outdoor patio. Leisurely and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful - with some tech issues I had, giving me tips about getting to LAX, and getting around in general. The front desk people knew what they were talking about and very gracious, kind and knowledgable. I would stay here any time I am in Claremont and recommend it highly. ”
