“Had a very pleasant stay while in Austin. The rooms were very clean and the staff was great. It was my second time staying there and will definitely book a stay there again.”

“Only reason for 3 stars is room and hallways were clean. But the entry way carpets were dirty (dog hair and road salt built up), pool area was not presentable, and hot tub was not working (empty with caution tape around it). Upon arriving front desk staff was telling guests that their rooms were still being cleaned - this was ~8pm. The shower area in the pool had old towels and a bathing suit on the floor. Pool area doors were rusted out at the bottom. The bathroom in our room was leaking...
