“I would have rated this stay higher if we didn’t have issues with our stay. The property resolved them. The bed and pillows were not comfortable or good. We were in a room that connected to another room and we didn’t ask for that. It was extremely loud late at night you could hear everything from the other room. The property itself was very clean and the room was clean. The bed mattress is terrible.”

“System was down when I got to the hotel couldn't get checked into our room until 5 hours later. Thankfully we have relatives who had gotten there earlier and checked in we were able to shower and get to the event. Had further issue the next day because the last at the front took down my info so they required me to provide again all my details and payment info. “Check in was terrible. They somehow oversold the room category we booked and pre-paid for. A standard room with two queen beds. The staff member at the desk didn’t seem knowledgeable on how to deal with the situation and we were left standing at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before being advised of the issue, and then another 15 - 20 minutes while they tried to figure out what to do. In the end, the solution offered was two separate rooms each with a single queen bed. The rooms were...
