“We used to live in Fort Collins and I always dreamed of staying just one night in the Armstrong. On our visit this year, we finally did just that and we’re beyond pleased!! Beautiful rooms, fantastic location (didn’t need our car even once during our stay - mind you, we were more than comfortable with walking as far as O’Dell’s and New Belgium. Everything else you need in Old Town is literally steps away) Cannot wait to come back and will 100% stay here every time we visit FoCo!”

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. “Didn’t know about the renovation project until just a day before arriving. Challenging for the staff, not great for the guests. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known. Not a good value for the money. ”

“Our room was not replenished, so I could not make coffee in the morning When I went down for coffee in the lobby, it was lukewarm. There was not enough hot water to make a tea. The men's bathroom was out of toilet paper in the morning, as well. ”
