“The hotel is beautiful, has really large and well decorated rooms, amazing bathrooms, large balconies, and once you walk outside, you have a breathtaking view of Mount Matterhorn and the river that goes thru the village. The breakfast is great, you get your money's worth. With all this said, the only reason the hotel did not receive a 5 star review was an incident that could have been handled better. My mother-in-law took the stair case but forgot to bring the room key with her. The stair case...

“The hotel is about 10' walk from the train station. The hotel picked us up at the front of the train station. Our room is big and faces the Matterhorn, allowing us to view the Red Mountain in the early morning from our deck and window. One thing you should know is that the "first floor" is about 30 stairs above the ground level and you have to walk up and down. But the hotel staff will help to carry your luggage up to your room and take it down when you leave. We enjoy our time in this hotel. ”

“Una struttura dislessica. Gentilezza e cortesia non mancano. Interessanti elementi architettonici si scontrano con elementi di pensione ad una stella. L'impressione e' quella di una struttura dove si e' curato tutto quello che si vede da lontano, il problema e' quando ti avvicini e scopri che la porta dell'ascensore e' piacevolmente creativa ma quando entri nell'ascensore ti chiedi se ha 20 o 30 anni. Le camere ampie hanno lo stesso difetto, TV flat, letto vecchio. Il resto e' tutto in linea con...
