    Villa Andromeda è un esclusivo design semicircolare che riflette il patrimonio marittimo di Creta. Progettata da una famiglia che viaggia molto bene come residenza privata, la villa si trova in alto su un terreno privato di 4000 metri con vista sul mare a 180 gradi. Lusso, spazio, solitudine e relax erano le nostre menti principali per il design. Allo stesso modo, tuttavia, abbiamo voluto un ambiente attento e sicuro per le famiglie in cui tutti potessero rilassarsi e trovare la propria pace e privacy in totale sicurezza.

    La villa si trova fuori dal villaggio di Kokkino Horio reso famoso da "Zorba il greco" e si trova a pochi minuti dall'incantevole villaggio di Plaka e in fondo alla strada le spiagge e i ristoranti di Almirida. L'area è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto internazionale di Chania, a 20 minuti da Heraklion.

    L'estremità occidentale di Creta è più rigogliosa e verde dell'estremità orientale e l'azzurro infinito del mare lascia rapidamente il posto a montagne e interni incontaminati pieni di uliveti e siti storici. La stessa Chania merita una giornata, piena della storia e dell'atmosfera di un'antica roccaforte veneziana.

    La cucina è organizzata con un bar per la colazione in modo che lo chef non debba essere escluso e presenta elettrodomestici di fascia alta e tutto il necessario per preparare pasti semplici o fantasiosi.

    Una zona pranzo separata si estende in un salotto pieno. L'intera stanza può essere aperta sulla terrazza per dare una sensazione di spazio infinito e calore.

    La villa ha una splendida terrazza sul tetto che è sicura per tutta la famiglia e offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia.

    Immediatamente fuori dalla cucina si trova una deliziosa zona pranzo ombreggiata e attrezzature per barbecue all'aperto.

    Di fronte alla villa si trova una splendida piscina a sfioro con una "piscina per bambini" dedicata da un lato, poco profonda e ideale per i più piccoli.

    La villa, totalmente recintata da alte recinzioni e mura, presenta diversi livelli di giardini e alla fine ha il suo "proprio" tramonto "magicamente arroccato sopra il mare e fuori dalle mura.

    Villa Andromeda offre naturalmente TV satellitare completa, Internet WifI, aria condizionata, energia solare, sicurezza video, sistema di allarme e quasi ogni necessità per una vacanza senza intoppi.

    Un direttore di casa vive a pochi minuti di distanza ed è di guardia. La pulizia giornaliera della casa può essere organizzata con un piccolo supplemento. Molti altri servizi sono disponibili su richiesta.

    Rendi Villa Andromeda la tua casa per una settimana o più e ritorna rinfrescato e rilassato. È la casa dei nostri sogni e speriamo che sia temporaneamente anche la tua.

This was an incredible way to experience Crete! The villa is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice, it is so much better in person. Everything was as described. The villa manager was an excellent source of information and helped us book additional services during our stay that made this a once in a lifetime vacation. I will for sure book this villa again. It is close enough to all the things you need but still remote enough to feel like you have a space all to yourself. Thank you and can’t wait to come back.

Luxury villa with gorgeous views

Beautiful property overlooking the bay. The amenities were great, very comfortable rooms and great pool and outdoor space. This location is a bit of a trek from the road but worthwhile once you get there.

Wonderful view

Enjoyed the stay. Lots of interesting things to watch from the house. From ships and boats entering and exiting the harbor, planes arriving and the goats were alway entertaining.

Best wake-up views imagineable

Spectacular views. Spacious villa - super clean. Angelina was super-helpful - was there to meet us in the dead of night when our flights had been delayed - there's a great BBQ - the kitchen's great - you'll enjoy yourselves - but you do need a car!

Peaceful and Spectacular. Brand new house.

Great spot with breathtaking view. Villa has all mod cons. Both families very happy. Pool had separate kid's section too for toddlers which was great. Loved it.

Well equipped villa with amazing panorama views

The owner responds quick at any questions. During the stay property manager Andreas took really good care of us. The Villa is very nice situated, in a private surrounding. The pool area is the best with a lovely infinity pool with panoramic sea views and perfect with a connecting kids pool or relaxing pool during sunsets. We highly recommend this Villa, the owner and the manager.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful holiday at this great villa. All the facilities really were as good as all the other reviewers have said. The owner was very helpful and responsive pre-trip. The house manager was very friendly, knowledgeable about the house and surrounding area, and ensured our stay went smoothly. We all want to return as soon as possible!

Heavenly Views

The house is very spacious and clean. It overlooks the ocean and mountains with great sunsets. Pick a suitable car for some clearance for the road leading up to the house and best to arrive during daylight. Nearby villages have great tavernas with short drives. Would recommend.

The most spectacular place!

Villa Andromeda was truly amazing - the house and the views could not be beat!! It was the perfect location for our family trip and we hope to return as soon as possible! I can’t express in words how stunning the location is, and the house is built to capitalize on the view and a sense of outdoor living. Angelina and Dimitrious were so helpful, and even met us on the road when our gps failed on our first arrival and we took some wrong turns in the dark of night. Everything about this house was perfect for us and we loved Plaka, Almaryda, and Chania as well. Best vacation ever.

The place to be

We spent 2 lovely weeks in august 2017 in this marvelous villa. The location and the view are amazing. On the top of a rock, 200mt over the sea and the Souda bay in front of you. Best moments during the day: waking up in that place and dreaming during sunset. It is baby friendly and the swimming pool is the place to be. 10 minutes driving from nice beach, shopping, restaurants. The manager of the villa, a very nice and friendly person, took care of us everyday. We are all missing Creta and the villa!! Daniela

Wonderful experience at Villa Andromeda

Villa Andromeda was everything we expected and more. Robert was a wonderful host with quick responses to any questions. Andreas, the property manager, met us at the property and provided us with a quick overview of the property and a few tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. He even checked in with us after a few days stay with warm croissants! The property has amazing views!! A little off the beaten path but exactly what we were looking for.....peace and quiet. Thank you Robert for sharing your property with us....very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning 5 star Villa

We have stayed in properties all around the world and this one is right at the top of the list. From our initial contact with the owner, to seeing the property ourselves first hand and to meeting the very professional and most helpful property manager Andreas, it was an excellent experience in every respect. No corners have been cut whatsoever with the standard of the property or facilities, and even the welcome pack was extensive. The view is amazing as well with the property facing a gorgeous setting sun. It doesn't get any better than this!!

Amazing place for great vacation !

We loved everything about our stay! The view is stunning, the home is lovely, clean and very well equipped with great design. Robert, the owner was very helpful and responsive at any time. Andreas, the house manager was very nice and helpful with recommendations about the house and surrounding area. The welcome pack was extensive, which was very appreciable as we arrived at night, after a long trip! The path to get down to the villa can be intimidating at first but we got used quickly. Close distance to very charming villages (mini market, fishmonger, tourist shops). 40 minutes to Chania, 60 minutes to Rethymno. We already miss the gorgeous setting sun!

Amazing Villa

This villa by far has been the most amazing villa ive stayed in, the view that you get is eye watering! It sets the mood and its just such a good vibe, you also have absolute privacy. It feels safe. The only very small inconvenience was the road to getting to the villa, but if you go with caution and slow. You can make it to the villa with any car small or big, just be cautious of the rocks. Other than that... i will be coming back with the family next year. Looking foward to it! Special thanks to Angelina and the repair men for the quick response when needed!

The Best View in the World

We stayed very recently at Villa Adromeda and absolutely loved every minute of it! The views are unparalleled - we have stayed at some amazing places all over the world but I don't think we have ever had a view like this. And the sun sets right in the middle of the whole thing - you can't get much better than that. The villa is like a brand new house with every gadget and feature you would expect in a new build. Andreas, the manager, looked after us superbly, we have never had such service and such a welcome when we have rented. I would recommend this villa to anyone who loves total privacy but not too far away from life! It soothed our souls and regenerated us every time we looked out of the window or walked on to the patio. It was truly magical. Many thanks

We have been holidaying in this area for 20 years. This villa is by far the best one we have ever stayed in . Its spotless. The view well you cant describe you just have to stare and stare - and take lots of photos!! As other reviews said hire a 4x4 for the road and better you arrive whilst it’s light for the first journey. The villa itself is immaculate, well looked after , well maintained, good air con, good water pressure and hot water for showering, tip top sheets and towels, beds really comfortable slept like logs as its so quiet with the electric blinds down, windows open to the sound of the sea crashing on the rocks below, the mid week clean was immaculate and the staff looking after it cant do enough if you need to sort anything out. As we know the area well it was easy for us to know nothing was very far away even thought it feels isolated it is not. Thats the joy of this villa. Tranquility and awesome views.

Beautiful Stunning Villa

This is a very well equipped, clean villa with absolutely stunning views. Robert - the owner answered our groups emails in a very timely and honest way. Andrea's the property manager was there when we arrived, he is very professional, friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He stressed he was on call 24/7 for us - fortunately we never needed to test this out! He came a couple of times during our stay with warm croissants for breakfast and extra tea bags just to check we were OK and if we had any questions. The final road leading to the Villa is step and curved and the first time we drove down felt like a leap of faith - but our drivers soon became experts in navigating it without problem. We found the local people to be very friendly. A car is essential. We hope to return one day. Thank you.

Incredible veiw

Perfect veiw, lovely home, friendly helpful host. I could go on and on and on. My first trip to Greece and this was a perfect way to start it. I've never had such a beautiful veiw to wake up to every morning, or such a beautiful sunset to watch, to close the day. The villa gives you a feeling of isolation but still within close distance to very charming and fun villages. 1 of the best days we had was lunch in the nearby village of Plaka followed by just strolling the area streets to admire the cute homes. The biggest problem with the home? Not wanting to leave it to explore the area. We did though, 40 minutes to Chania, 60 minutes to Rethymno. Andrea's, the property manager was really cool and helpful. He even had some great suggestions. I can't recommend it enough. Derek

Nicht gut...

Die Küchengeräte, dreckig und die Griffe der Küche verrostet, Ameisen überall!!! Auf der Terrasse, Wespen zu jeder Zeit , kaum war ein Getränk, geschweige Essen auf dem Tisch. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nicht trinkbar, nicht einmal zum Zähneputzen geeignet, laut Agentur, da der Wassertank für Trinkwasser kaputt war. Und das zu dem Preis! Würde zumindest eine Stellungnahme erwarten. Aber obwohl es der Agentur mitgeteilt wurde ..... NIX!!!! Schade...

Away from it all...

The property is in a superb location on the edge of the cliffs overlooking Souda Bay. A section of the road to it isn't entirely finished yet, but the journey is definately worth it, not least to achieve the quiet and solitude that the villa affords. The villa itself is wonderful. Orientated east/west, it makes full use of the morning shade and the evening sunset (and prevailing breezes), and also provides ample sun or shade as required across midday. The available space is huge and the bedrooms all have a sea view and are en-suite. Our party consisted of individuals 23-82 and everyone thought it was great, with plenty of areas, both inside and out, to come together, or plenty of space to find a quiet corner to read. The information pack sent well in advance was comprehensive and much appreciated, making lots of useful recommendations. Angelina, the on island host, was superb, exchanging texts beforehand, greeting us on arrival and briefing us, being there for us when we had a power cut (she experienced it as well over 10km away), and ensuring check out went smoothly. All things considered, a fantastic holiday in a fantastic villa that deserves five stars. Definately somewhere we would like to stay again.
