Astelia Residence offers ample space and comfort for up to 10 guests, divided between a spacious 120m² villa and an independent 35m² apartment.

• Astelia Villa (120m²):
The main villa is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in luxury and comfort. It features three ensuite bedrooms, each furnished with COCO-MAT double beds (180 x 2.00m) that can be converted into twins, providing maximum flexibility. One bedroom includes a jacuzzi bathtub, another a standard bathtub, and the third a shower cabin, offering a variety of relaxation

The open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining areas are perfect for socializing and relaxation. Comfortable sofas invite you to unwind, while a 55-inch TV provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and a dining table for your meals. All rooms and living areas have direct access to the pool area, where guests can enjoy breathtaking sea views. The outdoor space features a private swimming pool with double lounger beds, as well as a terrace with an additional dining table, perfect for alfresco dining.

• Astelia Apartment (35m²):
The independent apartment is a cozy and luxurious retreat for up to 4 guests. It features a beautiful double bedroom with a COCO-MAT bed (180 x 2.00m), which can be converted into twins, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub that offers unobstructed views of the sea and mountains.

The open-plan living room and kitchen area provide a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra double bed, along with a TV for entertainment. The kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The living room features a beautiful sky-view glass roof that provides excellent views of the night sky. It has direct access to the terrace, where guests can enjoy stunning sea views and amazing sunsets. The terrace is perfect for alfresco dining, drinks, or breakfast, with a dining table provided.

For couples seeking a bit more seclusion, the Astelia Apartment offers a separate, intimate setting, allowing them to enjoy their own private retreat while remaining close to the larger group.
