Located on the hillside above the village of Almirida, Eloa Luxury Villa is bathed in the sun-drenched beauty of the Cretan coast, and designed for relaxation and indulgence. Its captivating infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, offering breathtaking views of the sparkling Aegean Sea.
Spanning 270 m2, spread over two floors, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in its five spacious, en-suite bedrooms. Every detail at Eloa Luxury Villa has been thoughtfully curated to ensure an unforgettable Mediterranean escape, from the contemporary design and premium furnishings to top-of-the-line branded appliances and stylish decor.

Ground Floor
-Living room with: Corner sofa and fireplace, 65" HDTV with Netflix, a PS5, a Bluetooth speaker, Direct access to the sunny pool terrace with stunning sea views
-Fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for self-catered stays
-Dining options: Rectangular dining table in the kitchen, seating up to 8 guests, additional round glass dining table in the living area


-Bedroom 1: A king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be set up as two twin-size beds, upon request. This wheelchair-accessible bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower (also accessible from the living room), a 40" HDTV, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to the pool area.


First Floor
The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the first floor.
-Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 40" HDTV, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a private balcony with sea views.
-Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 40" HDTV, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a private balcony with sea views.
-Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be set up as two twin-size beds upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 40" HDTV, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a private balcony.
-A dedicated laundry and storage room, complete with a washer-dryer combination, is conveniently located on this floor. To elevate your stay, every bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with premium ABEA amenities, offering a refined self-care experience.


Lower Floor
Descending to the lower floor, you will find the last bedroom, along with a relaxing spa area featuring a sauna, a jacuzzi, a shower, and a sitting area.

- A 50 m2 private infinity swimming pool. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one weeks advance notice).

Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
