“wifi was down all weekend. AC unit in our room was not working. Had to have a mechanic in our room to repair the AC unit. ”

“Siamo rinato altri 2 giorno in più alla prenotazione e non so sono preoccupati di pulire la camera una volta. Mai cambiato le lenzuola e pure gli asciugamano. Mai svuotato i cestini. Siamo rinato senza carta igienica senza sapone e senza shampoo ..... non credo meriti più di quello che abbiamo votato. Brutto posto.”

“Never stay here the toilet of all things didn’t work and was not usable had to wait 24 hour + before it was fixed . You won’t enjoy none of it pool was dirty af never will I stay there again 5 days too long only stayed because I couldn’t get my money back and the staff is funny this man @ the desk is no helpful and doesn’t help on purpose rude af I had a bad vacation because of this hotel”

“I thought the hotel was good for what I was in Austin for. I was in town for a celebration of life. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet. What stood out for me was the breakfast had excellent choices …a little different each day, which I loved. The hotel is located right on the hwy (but set back away from the road and away from all the noise), so when you are exiting from the hwy to get to the hotel, you have to immediately get on the right lane because the...
