“Siamo rinato altri 2 giorno in più alla prenotazione e non so sono preoccupati di pulire la camera una volta. Mai cambiato le lenzuola e pure gli asciugamano. Mai svuotato i cestini. Siamo rinato senza carta igienica senza sapone e senza shampoo ..... non credo meriti più di quello che abbiamo votato. Brutto posto.”

“Clean Hotel with big rooms and full kitchen, safe area just 20 min top downtown Austin, 20 minutes from round rock and 15 min from Hills area . Fuel Shell station 24h in front of the hotel, with Burger King and a pub just 2 minutes walking. The area seemed safe to me even if the Fuel station in the night let you use only a window with bulletproof glass, maybe for previous armed robbery, who knows, but if they are proactive maybe the danger is real, Austin is safe but is always Texas with guns...

“Our room was comfortable and spotless. AC worked great, water was hot, beds and pillows very comfortable, hotel provided dove soap shampoo and conditioner, lonby provided toothbrushes and other essentials people frequently forget free of charge, hot breakfast was great and varied daily with lots of healthy options, and all staff were very friendly. We will be staying here in the future. ”
