“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The staff was very friendly. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working. An engineer came and replaced it. Although it wasn't working perfectly, I really appreciated his effort. ”

“My room was close to the lobby and I regretted it. You could clearly hear people having fun playing pool late into the night. If you stay there, stay as far as you can from the lobby. ”
