“We liked the hotel a lot. Very cute hotel in the middle of a shopping/bar area. Though we only spoke a few times, the staff was really helpful. The room was comfortable to begin, but it never got cool in there. The room also smelled like mildew and the thermostat kept reading 100% humidity (I believe it). “For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was really good! Pool area was nice and clean as well. Room was a good size. The only small issue(not that big of a deal but just an inconvenience) was that there are no ice machines. So you have to go to the front desk and ask for ice and they get it from the kitchen. Also the "fitness center" was very small. Only big enough for like 3 cardio machines that were very close together and a weight rack with minimal room. But I just ended up getting a...

“During check in time the associate charge my card 2x. Was out off 600.00 for a weekend stay. Then tells me I have to wait until 3-5 business days to get money back. The hotel door to the room was hard to go in and out of. Asked for accommodation paid parking due to the inconvenience they cause he tells me it’s out of his control just an overall terrible weekend there. I’ve never had this issue with a Marriott hotel. I will rather go down the street to the Hilton I had a great experience there...

“Location was excellent. Nice relatively quiet area. The pull out bed was not clean though when we went to make the bed up for the kids. It was too disgusting to use so the kids all ended up either sleeping on just the couch cushions or piling into one bed.”
