Hotel vicino a Regal Gateway - Austin

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Love the smell of the hotel. Clean room. Extremely comfortable beds, although the olive light blanket (in between the flat sheet and comforter) needs to be replaced, they are full of pillage; and based on the housekeeping carts that have the clean replacements this is an issue for those olive blankets. This is a 4-star hotel, blankets with pillage should not even be seen much less a part of the bedding ensemble for your guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location terrific!”

“Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”

“The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!!
