“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Great breakfast! Room was spacious and the amenities were good. Loved being next to a Costco and a Taco Palenque the two things I need to survive a trip with kids. We’re fast to set up an unexpected crib. Would stay again, was an amazing stay for my kids as they left with little gifts from the treasure chest. Thank you for that so much!”

“Small gym And 8am maintenance was very noisy no one should have a room next to maintenance. A lot of loud banging don’t know what the hell was going on in there..”

“The front desk clerk in the evening was not very friendly. My wife asked for a bottle of water as we returned from dinner, and he said “I already gave you two when you checked in. You will have to buy it if you want another.” If the policy is to only give 2 bottles of water, he should have said that instead of being very rude. Later that evening, she learned she had forgotten to pack a toothbrush. She went to the front desk to see if they had a complimentary one - as most Marriott properties do...

“Need to update website, this location don't have a restaurant, stated parking was included and it was not.......other than that everything was fine.”

“Nice staff and experience there was good besides the construction going on right out side our window. Also when our AC was on it smelt bad like pee and mildew. We’re lazy and weren’t there much so we kinda just dealt with it but I’m very sure the hotel would have changed me rooms if I did ask.”

“Location was excellent. Nice relatively quiet area. The pull out bed was not clean though when we went to make the bed up for the kids. It was too disgusting to use so the kids all ended up either sleeping on just the couch cushions or piling into one bed.”
