“The hotel was clean, and every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, explained everything in detail, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure everything was going well and that we were comfortable.”

“The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.”

“Dear Hilton Myrtle Beach Team, I stayed from June 19 to June 21. Upon check-in, I was told $200 would be held, and only $40 (for parking) would be charged. However, an additional $35 was deducted, and I wasn’t informed why. I also had issues with the cleanliness—the pillows had an unpleasant smell. I expect clarity on the extra charge and hope for improvements in cleanliness. Thank you for your attention.2026”

“Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support.”

“I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. “The Rooms fit our family of five very well. Everyone had a bed. The pools and Beach access where great as well.”

“Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely be back. The staff were very nice and helpful as well! Just a few small notes, the washer/dryer was out of order in our condo which would have been nice to know prior to staying. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but for a longer stay, it would be helpful to know in advance. Also, the stove light was on saying “service unit.” This isn’t really good either for those staying longer because I wouldn’t trust using it.”

“The room wasn’t bad at all. The door to the balcony was damaged from what looked like water and we were in the top floor. The floor was warped up in some areas. Walking into the lobby it’s just a hall way with a small office off of it. Only 2 reserves were allowed in the office at a time the others had to wait in the cramped hallway which had no ac. “It’s average for a motel 6. Bring your own pillow as the front desk didn’t have extra and there were only 3 on the bed. The mattress was pretty stiff. But for a one night stay it served its purpose. The staff was friendly and the halls were quiet during the night.”

“Not only where the rooms peeling paint, moldy, and overall dirty they actually had no soap, yes soap, to provide for their guests in the entire hotel. I have traveled five continents and 48 states and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed!”
