“Was good ”

“The ice machine on my floor was not working, which was inconvenient, and the sink drain in my bathroom didn't function properly (held water). Other than that it was fine.”

“Nice quiet place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, across from the workout center and close to the pickleball courts, simple layout, newer washer/ dryer that works works great. Very convenient. Older place but fine accommodations. Would stay there again. ”

“Staff friendly, no free breakfast as supposed, remove closet doors (when they're open you have no room at sink). Who designed shower doors (they open on the wrong side, can't reach towels and can't turn on shower before getting in). The beds were nice and comfy.”

“I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. ”

“This is a resort hotel that is showing his age. However, the property is well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean. The beds were good. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of charging outlets available however I was able to make do and have all my devices charging during the night. I was on the sixth floor, and I had a partial view of the ocean, the television in the room, the controls were a little bit frustrating and to be honest I’m not sure if maybe the remote remote was having...

“Accommodated our needs for spring break but slight incidents from other guests caused us to have to speak to management. Walk right up to the beach and nice indoor pool and hot tub!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”

“Staff was really accommodating! Had to do a room swap due to two seperate reservations. They had my room ready almost six hours before check-in. Nice place!”

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”

“Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly ”
