“The property was older and it’s okay. I noticed in my room the retailed the foyer and bathroom nicely but the carpet was old the blinds were older. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but with a little updating this place could be nice.”

“Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.”

“Staff was great. The water faucet came off in my room. The pool on the bottom was dirty.”

“AMAZING staff especially the lady that check me in and out. Breakfast, the service was on point when we need towels and wash clothes. Less than 3 minutes each time. Room very clean and bed slept great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my friends and family!!! Thanks Fairfield for making our stay wonderful!”

“Hotel as a whole was good as it always is. Tower one pool and lazy river was closed and looks to be closed all summer. Would have been nice to know that before hand as our room was in tower one. As usual you get a parking card to put in your car yet they apparently do not stop people from parking in the loading/unloading spots all week. At 7am this morning there were only 2 spots to park in to be able to load our stuff. We were the only car loading up at the time. As usual as well there were no...
