It had pools, a great restaurant, and beautiful scenery from your balcony. This is one of the best properties that I have ever booked. We will stay here again.”

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. “This is a wonderful option if you're staying in Myrtle Beach. We had a king ocean view room. Room was clean and the view was amazing! The pool and lazy river downstairs were well maintained and good size. The hot tubs (4), pool, and lazy river on the roof (YES THEY HAVE THAT!!!) are smaller, but well maintained and had an AMAZING view! This resort is located in a great area not far from anything. “The elevators were terrible, old, noise and scare.”

“The hotel needs some upgrades. The beds felt like old springed out mattress and were hard with dips in the center, toilet and sink very short like for kids and the fixtures had rust , coffe pot rusted. Overall remodeling of the units. Pools were cleaned really good everyday along with the hotel ground floor. Rooms needs new furniture. Had a few incidents but were wuickly resilved by staff”

“The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected.”

“We arrived earlier than expected and were able to use the pool/pool bar until our room was ready. Staff was super helpful, and everything was kept up very well. We never had any issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend!”

“The Expedia app listed this property highly and they did not match the reality of what the property really offered: no on-site restaurant, which meant no breakfast. The rooms were okay, although aged: drapes were ragged and dirty, no daily housekeeping, se we had to do our own trash, and had get clean towels from the front desk. Served a purpose but detracted from the overall quality of our stay in Myrtle Beach. Biggest plus was the access to the beach!”

Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool.
