“The night manger was the most unprofessional and unfriendly person, but the whole staff follows suit. Yelled at when checking in. Never received confirmation of check out. The entire place smells like cigarettes. Dirty, disgusting, grimy. Don’t book this hotel.”

“It was very old. It smelled bad and the fridge looked horrible rusted and banged up. It also froze my food. ”

“While the room was clean, it wasn't the room we reserved. Instead of the king size bed that was reserved, we received two double beds. While the bathroom was clean, there was no heat in the bathroom, so it would be cold while taking a bath or shower. Plus, it was obvious there had been repairs made in the bathroom. Because of other signs, it's obvious the entire facility is dated, and could use updates or improvements. And the one thing I found odd was the absence of a phone and a clock in...

“Very poor breackfast”

“My wife and daughter checked in before me as I was traveling in. The room had a horrible insect problem. Roaches, gnats, other crawling insects, some kind of stains on the bathroom sink, bathtub was in bad condition and the bathroom ceiling was falling covered in mold. Unfortunately I am not able to upload videos of the bugs just pictures. Asked to get moved to a different room but it smelled like cat urine. I will say the gentleman working and the owner were very helpful and understanding why...

“The hotel area was trashy. Pool was filled in with dirt. Was not clean. Ice machine not working the second day. Breakfast was a complete joke. Rooms looked very worn. I guess you get what you pay for.. Sad.”
