“Less amenities than any hotel room. No coffee pot, not any type of service ware that is usually in am extended stay property. The bathtub looked like water had backed up into it and had dirt and debris in it. Could not use the shower. ”

“We reserved a king room online and got a room with two queens next to housekeeping and elevators. Noisy at times. Bed very firm. Very bright parking lot lights. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot. This is a minimalist hotel.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have no idea how this place has as high of a rating as they do. This place is very ran down. They do not keep the air on in these rooms when not occupied. They are HOT and musty from being shut up with no circulation. The bathrooms are cleaned to gas station standards. The beds are as hard as concrete. This is seriously the WORST place I have booked in years and I travel a lot!”

I got there- to find pool closed for renovation. Elevator broken. Our room was on the third floor. Best entrance to bring luggage up stairs - card reader broken- so one could person had to hold the door while the other carried in luggage. We get settled in our room only to realize the air conditioner didn’t work and it was...

“Property seemed to be overall maintained, but our room had ants, a used bar of soap in the shower, a used napkin in the closet and hair in the floor and on the counter of the bathroom. Our bathroom was also out of body wash and had 2 conditioners instead of 1 and a shampoo. I had to retrieve a shampoo from the front desk. We only stayed a night, would not stay again. ”

“Comoda, pulita, personale molto gentile. Hanno trovato subito una soluzione per permetterci di fare il check in anticipato. Ottimo. La colazione in generale non era delle migliori, ma il problema più grosso era la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare molte scelte, ma nel 2025 non avere neanche dei biscotti confezionati o qualcosa di simile per eventuali clienti celiaci lo trovo veramente inaccettabile. La stanza aveva la cucina, quindi avrei potuto cucinare...
