"Piccolo malinteso all’arrivo (ma risolto telefonicamente ) non avevo ricevuto le istruzioni per il self check in … camera comoda e ben calda , un po’ “freddina” la comunicazione ma alla fine efficiente …. Avrei gradito un maggior interesse ed empatia , ma alla fine per dormire una notte va bene …."

"Hotel personel great and position of hotel is cantastix for city center. I took the suite 411 the room was clean. But the room was hot wall airco where not working and smaller airco present in the room was not enough. Also what seems to be in the appearance a bubble bath it was not. In the hall way the carpet seemed very old. I think it needs some renovation. In the bedroom needed to sleep with window open"
