“I had to sign the properties rules that there was NO SMOKING in the room yet when I walked into the room old cigarette smoke was all I could smell. The beds were TERRIBLE!!!!! Trying to find a spot that I didn't sink completely in or roll off the bed was very challenging. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even take off my socks, the place just felt dirty. This property had a rating of 8.2 and I am not sure I would even give it a 6 except for location. To say the least I was very disappointed...

“The hotel was conveniently located for the educational site we were visiting. The very young desk clerk was pleasant but slow during check in. The desk clerk did know the password to the business computer in the lobby and the general password didn't work on it. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. There are no drawers in the room. No additional clothes hangers nor another suitcase rack were available. Housekeeping was sporadic during our 5-day visit. Breakfast was monotonous but convenient....
