Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. “The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. My concern is the parking, it’s not free even for guests. It is also very confusing, having arrived late and being unaware of the parking charges I am waiting to hear from the parking vendor about the late parking charges. It is only for the confusing and expensive parking charges that we won’t be staying here again. ”
