“What a lovely place this is. We loved it and used it as a base for day trips all over Norfolk, including a day on the Broads. Clean, comfortable and a home from home. Heacham beaches easily walkable. Good fast EV charging at Sainsbury’s available about 20 mins drive from property. On street parking was never an issue. Just go ahead and book in.”

As others have said the microwave is a bit tricky to use, we worked it out though. We will definitely be back. The seal view cafe is a nice spot to visit and we hired a picnic boatvto explore the broads for the day which was so relaxing. It's a 30 minute walk to Hemsby along the dunes if you want...

The owner was really helpful when we had a problem with hot water in the studio and resolved it promptly. It was in a great quiet location but an easy walk into Hemsby Town for shops / food and arcades. The view over the dunes and sea from the garden is fabulous. There are several routes down to the beach . Would...
