“Very nice and well managed hotel for business travelers in Houston Area ”

“We found the hotel lacking a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. After paying $1050 a night for a room we expected a little more with amenities. A tiny square of soap bar left in the bathroom, one roll of one ply, toilet paper and a rug that was at the bathroom sink tattered and was not more than 2‘ x 14“. “Personnel very kind, but little prepared. Room scheduling very poor. Not to mention room conditions: old, dusty, and extremely noisy, although being located near the top of the building. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.”

“This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia.
