“We stayed here for 5 nights during our Rockies trip and really enjoyed the peaceful mountain setting. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. It was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen was convenient for preparing simple meals, and the location was good for visiting Yoho National Park, Lake Louise, Bow Lake, and the Icefields Parkway. “I was locked out of my room at 1am. Went to the front desk to get a new key and seen a sign at the front desk saying "we are closed, back at 815 am". So they didn't have a nightshift and I was locked out of my room all night. When I told the manager at 815 that I was locked out of my room all night, he said "we are open at night". Absolutely the worse place I have ever stayed!”
