“Love having a fridge with a freezer compartment as we had ice-packs we needed to refreeze. Got the Hot Springs tickets from them which saved us the cost of hiring a towel at the Hot Springs. For the price the amenities supplied was better than fancier hotels, shampoo plus conditioner, tea bags etc. I think small operator are so much better in terms of value. “The hotel was decently clean but so many things were NOT up to standard. The gym smelled moldy and had one kettlebell and two cardio pieces that were very old and gross. The clock wasn’t working and there was nothing to clean the equipment with. The second floor ice maker didn’t work. The plug in by the nightstand was so loose it didn’t charge anything. The shower made a screaming noise for about 5 minutes. Even the key cards looked like they’d been used 100 times and were dirty and scratched...
