“The hotel was clean as usual, and we received great service from all staff members. What I didn’t like was the dogs barking, literally having a barking contest; I thought I was at a dog daycare. Next time I will ask to be far away from guests with dogs. I couldn’t sleep. I am a pup grandma and love animals, but I wasn’t expecting to hear that on my vacation.”

“Most miserable check in receptionist. No smile, whispered so I couldn't hear her. Forgot free bottles of water and when I asked later no apology. She clearly hates her job. No conversation. Huge room with tub. Nice breakfast and lovely waitstaff”

“Our room was great overlooking the beautiful view of the river. If I have any complaints it would be the lighting in the room for reading is pretty bad. The insulation between floors really needs fixing. We heard every movement from above. The surrounding property though beautiful did need some maintenance. The outside part of windows clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. A real shame with such a beautiful view. The staff especially reception were exceptional. Having to walk to...
