“The rest room is terrible as the door inside already damaged and hard to close properly. Oh god the coffee machine and the side table of beds are so dirty and felt very bad to use them. The staffs are amazing. ”

“Everything was excellent, the only thing I didnt care for was having to always put a code in to get in the room. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of everything when I had any concerns. The restaurant was definitely a 10/10 as well. Shrimp and grits 😋. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pools. They had a variety of choices for indoor and outdoor. I will give our stay a 10/10. ”

“The breakfast in the morning was great always stocked and fresh.The cleaning crew was excellent they help with anything i needed.The pool and hot tub area was always clean and the only problem waa the hot tub on our last night wouldnt heat up but that was the only issue with that area. The only thing i had a problem with was one woman at your front desk that i checked in with and out with was very rude when i checked in and also when i went to the desk the next day to ask for some more coffee...

“Great area to stay in. Mount Pleasant is a 10 min to Daniels Island (tennis tournament), 15 to ocean and 10 min to Charleston. It was a 10 min drive to Shem Creek, love the restaurants in that area. Hotel was very clean, plenty of parking and nice staff. Room has a microwave and mini fridge. There wasn’t breakfast at this hotel but options in the area ”

There is no hotel lobby or in person check-in, but the online system works really well and there are staff both near by and a text away. The team is very kind and helpful. I thought it was a nice location, mostly a residential area, and it was easy to drive into town. There are very few amenities at the hotel. I think the only thing missing that I would have liked is a microwave or a way to heat up water. I would...

“Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Our issue was the noise from other guests due to thin walls. There was a guest above us that walked his dog on and off all night. So lots of footsteps and banging of doors. Literally kept us up all night. Our advice is to get a room on the 2nd floor. ”
