Pero más que las instalaciones con vistas directas al Volcán, más que las pocetas de aguas termales, debo decir que el personal del hotel está a otro nivel. La atención fue maravillosa. Son atentos, profesionales y educados. Todos fueron increíbles, pero quisiera mencionar, especialmente a Cristian en el Restaurant Los Tucanes y Stuart en el Lobby Bar. Definitivamente volveremos.”
“It's a pretty interesting property 1 large geothermal pool and 2 small ones. The grounds are kept very clean, I would say it's pristine compared to La Fortuna and they have their own farm that supplies milk, eggs and vegetables.”
“Dinner at the restaurant is fantastic! The Chocolate tour (5 min walk) was a great mid morning tour and very interesting - make and eat your own chocolate! The walk up to La Fortuna was challenging so ask for a ride of you need one. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get me a day pass to Baldi Springs for the locals rate :) ”

“OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!)
And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking.
