“This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice. “I cannot say enough about our stay here. The owner helped my friend picking herbs and making a tea to settle her stomach. They ensured we had enough towels and checked in daily with us. Theu staff were very helpful. They have just added 2 new rooms and the views aroind the property were perfect. There is a swinging bridge you walk over to get to breakfast in the morning and they follow their schedule it was perfect and i am already planning my next visit back”

All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. “Unbelievable resort”

“Property was nice, exceeded expectations. Rooms were cute with each room separate cabins. Property is smaller than it looks in the pictures, and is a bit towered over by a hotel next door. Direct view of volcano. Restaurant was beautiful with lots of birds. Breakfast was great (didn’t try any other meals there). Hot springs were much nicer than in the pictures. ”
