The staff was amazing always going above and beyond to make you feel good. i would really like to recognize Laura for being so amazing with us and always trying to accomodate us, someone that really made are stay special was her in any way possible. The rooms where breathtaking specially the Deluxe jacuzzi room i really recommend it if your going with your special someone, i thought we weren't going to have time to use...

“We had the most incredible stay at Hotel Lomas Del Volcan. The bungalows are spacious and unique, the bed was comfortable, and not to mention the incredible private outdoor jacuzzi with our room!
The view of the arenal volcano was spectacular. We loved the warm pool with the swim up bar - so much that we decided to stay on site one evening instead of visiting a hot springs.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. If we ever return to La Fortuna, we will definitely stay here again! ”

“Our stay at Bauma was fantastic! The staff were very helpful, parking lot was paved, jacuzzi was a good size & the bathroom plus shower were very spacious. It is closer to La Fortuna waterfall and a short drive into the downtown area. There is a small market down the street as well. We would definitely return back to stay here! ”

“From the time we got there, we felt rifht at home & safe. I was greeted at the front desk, the gentleman already knew my name. We had welcome drinks delivered to us seconds later. “Amazing experience. The grounds were so lush and beautiful. The restaurant was also great- fairly priced and quick. Drinks were soooo delicious. Also overlooks the lush trees and even saw monkeys from here!!
Another highlight is the staff. Specifically Kenneth in the bar and Isaac at the restaurant. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.
This is less of a resort feel and more mountain cabin, but still has really great perks like the jacuzzi - we went in every night. Amazing spot!”
