“If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. ”

“I absolutely loved this property. It’s very small and quaint but the views of the volcano are amazing. I love the bathtub with the window looking at the volcano. The dirt road to drive there is a little sketchy being that I’m a woman by myself and did not have a four-wheel-drive, but I made it. There’s no food on the property, but there is a resort next-door that I walked to and it was great. “Wow!! This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and were so supportive and accommodating to EVERYTHING we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure this was the best vacation ever! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was so perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! We used the private hot tub every night it was very private and secluded. 10/10 Pura Vida ”

“Al camera prenotata - facente parte della struttura principale - era assolutamente inadeguata. Piccola, disadorna, poco pulitae soprattutto rumorosissima perchè vicina alla palestra e ad un bigliardino. A seguito delle rimostranze, nella indifferenza del personale, è intervenuta la proprietaria (?), una signora brasiliana molto simpatica e intelligente, che ha disposto la sostituzione con un lodge di 3 stanze molto buono. La valutazione complessiva quindi è data dalla media tra le due stanze....
