Case in affitto a Arkansas Meridionale

“A horrible experience. The room and bathroom were very dirty. There were spiders and small cockroaches, and the room smelled strongly of dampness and stale cigarette smoke. The actual condition of the room was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The only positive thing about my stay was the receptionist, who was friendly and welcoming when I arrived.”

“Always a pleasure at the lake house! So beautiful & peaceful. Solid property to stay at. We will be back again I’m sure!”

“Great location on Lake Chicot, close to the welcome center overlook and Chicot Cafe.”

“Great clean pet friendly place, highly recommend. Huge open backyard. *no fence make sure to bring dog collar and/or leash* Jess is and awesome host! Can’t wait to stay again.”

“The house is huge. The pictures don't do it justice every room of the house is huge. It was clean and nicely decorated. It accommodated 9 people perfectly. Space was not an issue. Our host, Tonesa was great! She was responsive to questions.”

“Coffe bar was great!! House was super clean and comfy!! The snacks were a great surprise!!”

“Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood.”

“We had a wonderful visit, the property was amazing. Deer watching was beautiful with the children. The visits from the neighbors Frenchie were so sweet. Clean and organized home, lots of space. The kids did mention the TV upstairs needed to be bigger and higher, lol. Everything was wonderful.”
